I need help. Anyone near Brentford?

I have stumbled across a VERY promising sounding flatshare that has everything I am looking for but due to the continued delays by my HR dept, I am STILL in California. If I hear 2-4 weeks one more time...........

If anyone is close to Brentford and would be willing to check this place and person out for me, I would be quite grateful. He is the owner and not looking to lock into a lease if we don't click, and the pics are great. I am tempted to grab this if he's not a complete loon..........

Courtney, did you get any help with this? I've been spotty at best about thoroughly reading UKY lately and missed this. I won't be in Brentford this week, but a colleague lives nearby and I might be able to at least convince him to do a drive by....
