Thanks Rhia!  I use allrecipes too!  I have to again recommend Herberger's book.  I have made a Peasant Loaf, Oatmeal bread, multi grain and now a Potato Bread loaf and all have been to die for!

If you guys can get a hold of gluten with Vitamin C added (most do) it really helps the loaf stay fresh a day more and also helps give the extra rise and ooomph to grainy breads.
