Although I do admit to splashing out on a junior sized chair for Aillidh from Boden, and then having her name monogrammed on it at a shop down the road.

I saw that bowl in Laura Ashley.  But such a dilemma - the bowl or these wicked cool tea/sugar/coffee canisters from Cath Kidston. 

I've already got the tea towels and oven gloves in the same pattern - guess I'd better go for the canisters.

We're got these boring Barrinta ones just now that'd be better off recycled as crayon and marker containers . . .

My ex was an emergency medical technician/volunteer firefighter.  He always used to pack some 'fun' plasters/bandaids in his emt pack for when he was working w/kids.  He said it really helped the kids w/minor injuries if they could choose which plasters they wanted.
