Well, it's been ages since I've posted on here, but I might as well share....
I moved back to the usa March 2005 and DH followed me in may, we filed for his adjustment of status etc in August, and everything, amazingly enough, has gone quite smoothly....
He has his interview in May so it has taken thus far, about a year to get his green card, which isn't bad, considering the fact we took a risk and went the backdoor route, which really isn't recommended. We are by no means the exception to the rule, I just personally believe that we got a good attorney and did everything that was asked of us in a timely manner.
I'm just excited to get all this immigration stuff over with. Good luck to everyone else who is going through the immigration process, it sux sometimes, but is worth it.
