I-130
« on: May 12, 2006, 06:50:29 PM »
Well, I'm about to send my form (probably Monday) off to the USCIS office in London.  I spoke to them today and they said that as long as my Leave to Remain lasts as long as the processing time, I can file there.  I'm including a letter stating who I spoke to and what they said and going to hope for the best in terms of not getting rejected!

Wish us luck!

Good luck!

It seems a daunting mountain of paperwork and red tape, but it's definitely survivable!
