Shipping a Few Things--Going Home
« on: May 21, 2006, 03:08:48 AM »
I am moving back home to South Carolina in a few weeks, and would like to ship a few things, TV, bed, table, maybe a few boxes. Anyone know if it is possible to send such a small shipment, and how much roughly it will cost.  And any recommendations for freight companies?  I live in Bristol now.  Thanks!

AngloPacific does grouped shipments when you don't have a full container's worth.  Don't know if they ship outside of London or not but it's worth a ring.
Love your life, poor as it is. You may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorious hours, even in a poorhouse. The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the almshouse as brightly as from the rich man’s abode; the snow melts before its doors as early in the spring. Cultivate property like a garden herb, like sage. Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends. Turn the old; return to them. Things do not change; we change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts…
