Pectin, or jelly making setting stuff.

Is it easily available here? I've never really looked for it, but I am wanting to make my own grape jelly. Found some recipes I want to try, and don't know where to get the setting stuff. Also, is all pectin vegeterian?

All pectin  is vegetarian..it's gelatin you need to stay away from.  You can get it from organic foodshops such as Fresh n' Wild and Planet Organic.

remember, when you're asking about it in shops... you are making JAM here... not jelly!  ;)
