Hello Jennifer, many women in here from the US...  come on in and join the fun...  I will be about 2.5 hours from you more northeast above newcastle... I say that because at this time still in the states.

I have some good frineds in Liverpool and I loved visiting there...

i am a US girl from maine :) been living in england for almost 3 years! glad you found this place people here are nice and its a nice place to talk to other americans and know ya not alone :)

What part of PA? I went to school in Carlisle/Shippensburg (many years ago). I'm not near L'pool, but have been there a couple of times.

There is a member in Liverpool, and I'm looking at the memberlist to find her now.... Sara. She's Scouse's wife, she hasn't posted but does read posts occasionally. I will contact her and see if I can persuade her to join in. :)

I live near Manchester, which is about an hour from Liverpool.  I'm engaged to a wonderful British man.  I am 50, been here 17 months and we plan to get married in afew months.  I am from Alabama.  Where are you from?

Hi Jennifer.  Sorry I won't be near you either.  But we can be connected and help each other out right here.  That's the beauty of this forum.  It doesn't matter where you live physically.  Until people start putting together picnics or other get togethers.  Then I bet you'll find people near enough to you.  For now just enjoy that fact that you've found us and you've join a wonderful group of people.

I live in the North West  ;D

I'm only about 20 minutes away from Liverpool so not that far at all. I'm orginally from California. So give me shout you can send me an IM. I'm always up for get togethers and we are trying to arrange a get together up in Liverpool or Manchester area like SOON!!! hehehe.. I know another gal just around the corner from me as well from the states too. Look forward to hearing from you and welcome  ;D
