extra happiness is Badger Balm!

But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

Finding the TP roll replaced and I wasn't the one that had to do it! This should be under Unexpected Pleasures, too.  ;D

Picking fresh berries and making your own jam.  Yum, yum, yum.  Turning into fricking Betty Crocker up here.

Going on Holiday!! We are off to Budapest tomorrow. Not that I really need it, but DH has been working so hard lately and has really been looking forward to it.

Wouldn't you like life to be that easy?  ;D

Sorry - my post did not have the doggie's pic in it (Lola's pic).  I quoted from the wrong reply.  ::)

poor Sunnyflower- I hope she is not caught up in the airport mess......

I understand the need for what they are doing, but I feel for all those families going on holiday, too.

Thanks for thinking of me! I did get caught up in the mess. Our flight was suppose to leave at 6:45am and didn't leave until 10:45am. They wouldn't even let me take my magazine on board.  :( It could have been worse though, I heard a lot of the later flights were cancelled. We had a wonderful time, but I am hurting this morning as we didn't get home until 2am. It was well worth it though and the Gellert Baths were Fab. Thanks for the suggestion!

I am so pleased you still got to go- where did you eat? Did you love it? Isn't it a romantic city?
(My husband and I were engaged on the bridge there....)

That is very romantic! We loved it. The weather was great the first two days and we did lots of tours. We only ate Hungarian twice while we were there, but we did enjoy the food. We always seemed to be pressed for time and would end up eating at Burger King or Mcdonalds. Yuck!

....my mother's "American Fork Canyon" cake!

(Think 'Black Forest', then substitute milk chocolate cake for the dark chocolate, raspberries for the cherries, and sprinkle some almonds on top...)
When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.
