I finally got to talk to my Best Friend in California I have been talking to her answering machine more than her this past month lol. contributing factors are the 8 hours time difference, a 2 year old toddler, her job, & her Dh's International business travels. I'm really happy I finally got to chat with her even though it was only for 30 mins better than nothing. also her daughter was waking up from her nap so she couldn't chat any longer.     

Applewood smoked cheddar with cracked black pepper oatcakes....mmmmm!!!! 

A dress I ordered online arrived today and fits PERFECTLY  ! I think that is the first time thats ever happened! I never have any luck with online shopping

Another one of my tulips in the garden has opened...spring is coming on slowly but surely.

Mine was this morning when my five year old son went and woke up his little sister who is three and he said to her...'Well Rhiannon, I've got some good news and some bad news. The good news mommy is taking us to school today and the bad news is daddy is back at work and took our football with him.' lol 

They had left is in the boot of the car and apparently this has caused some major concern.

OK. I finally have to ask. What is a neti pot?!? All this talk of it has me intrigued! Although I don't get sinus headaches, so I probably don't need to ... but I'm curious.

You're far braver than me.  I just can't bring myself to use one, even though my husband swears by them.  It just seems so wrong.

I had to get drunk the first time I tried mine! The thought absolutely terrified me, and I needed a little bit of Dutch courage to give it a go. Some people dance on tables or get into fights when drunk. Me, I try strange sinus treatments - rock'n'roll!

But really...the relief is unbelievable, and after that first time, it's easy peasy. I can't do without mine now.

Perhaps a few glasses of wine would help?
