Quick question regarding the return shipping fee for the visa application, the website says "Please enclose an additional payment of $12 to cover the cost of shipping and handling charges." When submitting the application online, do you have the option of paying the $12 along with the visa fee? I cannot submit our applications yet because I'm still waiting for the work permit. We'll be on the road in the US for the next month, so my friend is mailing our supporting documents in for us, which is why I need to know if the $12 needs to be enclosed with those documents.
