If you just want a registry office wedding, there are a few in London.  I recently photographed at the Westminster Registry office, and it was nice. There are others tho. Just do a google search for London registry offices.  :)

The London Eye? :P  (I actually do think that would be kind of cool...)

Most registry offices seem to have pictures online...you could probably do a google.co.uk search and find some around London.
