I just love the stuff!  Can't get enough of it these days.  Why have I never tried it before?

Quinoa is great, a really nice alternative to rice and is supposed to be very healthy.  I think it has all of the amino acids in them or something like that.  They can be a little on the bland side if not eaten with a good sauce or certain foods but I personally think it's really yummy.

I haven't made it before, but I keep meaning to pick it up at the market. Is it similar to couscous?

It tastes different to both rice and couscous but it's pretty similar in shape to couscous.  Hard to explain.  They stock it at Waitrose, I'm sure they must do so at some of the other supermarkets as well.
