I'll have to keep this in mind for next year.  Because you KNOW those 22 boxes of cookies won't last until Spring, much less next year!  ;)

Sad to report that the cookies have come, David has eaten one, MIL has eaten one - and they are now in love too and I have to hide them.
:)
I'm done moving. Unrepatriated back to the UK, here for good!

Which ones are your favourites and I'll make sure to set aside at least one box for you... ;)

Mind you, I neglected to mention that my mother had already ordered *some* for me.  Nowhere near as many as I've ordered, but it was a start!   :)

The good news is - I have about 5 boxes of Samoas coming!  The bad news is - those are my eldest's favourites, too!  So I'll have to smuggle one into hiding before he spies them all!  ;)

This is what I ordered:

3 boxes of Samoas
4 boxes of Thin Mints
4 boxes of Lemon Coolers
2 boxes of Trefoils
2 boxes of All Abouts (new ones with chocolate on them)
2 boxes of Tag-a-longs
3 boxes of Do-si-dos
2 boxes of the chocolate chip ones

I don't remember what my mother ordered for me, just that she FORGOT the Thin Mints, if you can imagine that!  I'm pretty sure she got 2 boxes of Samoas and either Do-Si-Dos or Tag Alongs or both?

Oh well.  Maybe I should just forget about freezing them and have a big Girl Scout Cookie party!!!!  :o

samoa's,, oh man. There are never enough of them in a box. They changed their name to caramel de-lights or something the last time I ordered some back in Houston. Same yummy cookie tho.

Gonna have to see if I can order some online now.

Just to let you know you aren't going loopy in reference to the names of the cookies, there are 3 GS-certified bakers who supply GS cookies nationwide. Each council decides which baker to go with. In Dallas-Fort Worth, there were two councils and two bakers which meant different names for some......at least Thin MInts have always been Thin Mints!!!!
