Applying for council housing...
« on: September 01, 2006, 09:12:05 AM »
So I know we're legally allowed to apply for council housing, as long as my H is the primary applicant and I am only on their as his wife etc. We just got the application through and I'm a bit unsure of what to put on the Citizenship section:

The choices for immigrants are:

Person subject to immigration control granted refugee status

Person subject to immigration control granted exceptional leave to remain

Person subject to immigration control granted indefinite leave to remain

Should I just mark the "None of the above" catagory and write down that I have entry clearence?

None of the above -- person subject to immigration control granted further (or limited) leave to remain (or enter)

So we got the application its the "Joint Housing Register." My new question is am I suppose to fill out the application as the second applicant ? Or should my husband just fill out the application and put down "married" and specify our circumstances?
