Some other chat tips:

*to login to the irc server using your fav irc client, the server is irc.everywherechat.com, port 6667, channel ukyankee

*if you register your irc nickname, you can use the little avatars in the room list, but if you don't log into irc for 14-30(?) days, it will forget you. To register, double click on your own name in the room list and you should get some dialog to enter your password. (I might need to fix this tip, I'll check that instruction. )

There are lots of room sounds, smilies, and you can transfer files as well.

Has this changed?
It's not working for me (on Colloquy).
I get as far as joining the room, but when I type in "ukyankee" under 'join room', I end up in a room by myself! 
(and 'ukyankee' does not appear on the list of chat rooms either)
