Two things you are happy about today/

1.  Having not one, not two, but three men wanting to walk me to work today. 

2.  Getting to chat to my niece in Singapore for a bit this morning.

2. Finding out a colleague is going to an off-site meeting tomorrow and might be willing to give me a lift so I don't have to deal with parking!

2.  all the Valentine's papers out ready to make deccies with Aillidh when she comes home from nursery.

Snowdrops!  Hee hee...Steve texted me this morning to say we actually have a crocus out already!  Weird...

1)  It's my virtual Friday today!

2)  Dinner & a lot of drinks out with work mates tonight!  (no supervisors, mind, just the fun people!)

1) Finishing introduction and captions for my first exhibit - four paintings of space colonies (or settlements as we're supposed to call them cos it's the govt  ) from the 1970s that I picked and catalogued. It's going all weekend at a conference on Virtual Worlds at Moffett Field!!

2) The weather is amazing. Cold and rainy and so green!

We had our first daffs out way before Christmas!

Old news--we've had snowdrops for a couple of weeks! Also cyclamen, daffodils, crocuses, aconite, and primroses. I LOVE working next door to the botanic gardens!

2. After feeling really bad the last 2 days and running a fever, I feel much better today.

2.  DH is keeping the kids tomorrow so I can hang out with a friend.

1. I got a new coffee machine.
2. The husband finally got paid yesterday.  January has been a long month.

1.  Proved I could stay out past 10pm last night with the young ones at the office.

2.  It's nice being at home.  Even though I do have to go to the library today to study.

Going to John Lewis today.

Got 3 new movies to watch this weekend.
