Two things you are happy about today/

1. I found a new hairdresser 
2. ... after spending a marvellous day in the spa at Harrods  - thanks to my old boss!!

1. I found a new hairdresser 

Does that mean you've given up on Aaron? 

1.  On my way out to a 'Lady Day' lunch (this used to be New Year's Day)

2.  Am acting as chauffeur for a friend's sons while she and her husband are in Paris. And that means I have to get up early. It's amazing how much more day there is when you're showered and dressed before 11am! 

1. Account manager that is a pain is out of the office until Monday.

2. I'm off Friday and get to spend the whole day with DD, and hopefully get caught up on some housework.

Does that mean you've given up on Aaron? 

Welllllll... I don't think of it as 'giving up' - but until he turns up, not much more I can do (I did everything I could think of!)... and this guy's only three pounds more...
I held out as long as I could (I haven't had a haircut since December!)

So, details?  Funny enough I got my hair cut as well today.

My two things:

1.  I'm done with that $*^$#@#* exam

2.  No work until Monday

1. Been a relatively quiet day.

1. I got a myspace message from someone I hadn't heard from in YEARS

2. We booked our tickets to go to the Isle of Man to meet our brand new twin nephews!!!

1. the nurse came in  pretty quickly and re passed  bABY'S   feeding tube..

2. DH  is coming home  early

1. a bag of minstrels

2. I'm watching Anthony Bourdain

So, details?  Funny enough I got my hair cut as well today.

Harrods.  Marcus - a fellow Yank!  He's been here 11 years.  He's adorable, he's STRAIGHT (another straight male hairdresser!!?  Crazy, I know! He is engaged, so don't go down that path!), he listens, he's funny and just lovely.  He's also the manager of the salon.
AND - only £3 more than Aaron was.

And my hair is now fab again.

 

My two:

1. It's cold!  Even had a bit of snow this morning!
