Re: Tamiflu(flu jab) warning

Just to clarify, though, Tamiflu is not the 'flu jab' that we get from our docs.

I got my 'flu jab' last month at the GPs.  The 'flu jab' is an immunization against whatever strain of flu authorities think will hit us this season.

Tamiflu is a drug for when you think you are getting the flu . . .  you go straight to your health-care provider and get a shot of Tamiflu, which was designed to shorten the length and severity of flu.

Two different things, so don't go without your flu jab if you need it, thinking it's the same as Tamiflu.   It's not.   ;)
I leave for work at 7:10 each morning, and get home at 6:00 each evening.  Wish I could stay home all day and do nothing but sit around on UKY!  What a life!  And I have no Internet access in my classroom, so I can't just stop teaching and surf UKY.  Can you believe it??  Horrid, my job!
