That girl needs to be back in hospital pretty bad. Apparently she put her pink wig on again last night when she got home so they obviouly didn't fix her.

What bothers me about the whole Britney thing is that Ghalib guy. He obviously doesn't care for her otherwise he'd be trying to put her back in the hospital. He's just riding her fame wave. He's totally like her manager!

How do psychiatric sections work in the US? I've only worked in that area over here, but here if someone is put under section, there's not a lot anyone can do to override it.... I'm amazed that they keep letting her go. Seems like she could really do with a long stint of inpatient treatment.

A 72 hour hold is just that… it is meant for a period of assessment. If you are in for voluntary assessment, well you can ask to go.

Do we think it was voluntary? Couldn't have been with all of the escorting going on, could it? Hmmm. And a psychiatrist would have to say whether they were extending the section to treat or letting her go... maybe she's not as ill as it seems? Over here it's DAMN hard to get out once you're in. Even if you're voluntary if they agree you should be here, it's pretty easy to have your section changed.
