Maybe that's what the 18-month waiting period is for. So she can practice her American accent. 

Madonna and Guy are reportedly splitting up. And it sort of sounds real this time. But the whole waiting 18 months to announce it? That's just weird. Ah, well. On the plus side, we're getting rid of her. She's heading back to the US. You can have her! 

I think the news of the break up is very sad. I always thought their relationship was truly genuine.
I know Madge has been having a lot of trouble coping with her upcoming 50th birthday and it's no secret she's had work done but that pic from Chary's link....she looks really awful. She's getting that stretched face look.

I've certainly seen fairly recent pictures of them together.  Not too long ago there was a picture somewhere of Madonna in NYC with Lourdes' father.

I know that whenever she is in New York, celebrity magazines like People or US always have pictures of her with her dad.  Of course, I've always sort of suspected that he wasn't much more than a glorified sperm donor.

As I was watching the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony I was thinking the same thing.  It's very obvious she has had work done.  I kept saying to myself her face looks like plastic.
