What is the difference between them? I have been reading on the IRS website, but still can't figure out which one I should fill out?

If your foreign income is $80,000 or less, You are not self-employed, you are not claiming housing exclusion, you do not have any business or moving expenses, you can file 2555-EZ. Otherwise complete 2555.

For the 2555EZ form under part II general information - for employers name and address - i had two employers in the UK for 2003 for which i am reporting income on 1040...do i need two separate forms...currently as of feb 2004 i have a new employer - is this info relevant...also when you complete the 2555EZ and list the amount on line 21 of 1040 and your only source of income was from the UK as wages will your gross income now be 0 ?????
