Microwave & Extractor fan combo

When I lived in Atlanta, our microwave was built in above the oven and acted as the extractor fan/stove hood as well.  It was a FABULOUS space saver!

Does anyone have any leads on where to find one like this in the UK?  I'm shocked that a country with relatively limited kitchen room doesn't have more dual-purpose items like this!
