I had decided to move to England last year....and Guy..my husband was an added bonus....

Hi there Debbie!  Welcome to the fray.  :)

Hope you enjoy it and we get to know you better!

Cool that your hubby is a weather guy....is all the time going on about the names of the clouds and what they mean?  My dad was an astrologer and drove me nuts every time we were outside at night.  I don't know how I grew up without a crick in my neck from looking up to the sky so much.  :)

Anyway, welcome!  We're glad to have you here.  :)

Hi Debbie! Hope you enjoy it here!

I'd love to have my own weatherman as I hate the kind of forcasts you get here.  :P  I miss the doppler radar telling me what the forcast is hour by hour and street by street. Not the, here's a map of the country...just try and figure out where you are exactly and the weather may be like this but it might not, depending on where you are stuff you get here.  ??? I just can't deal. Maybe a topic for the grievances section for me!  ;)

Anyway, welcome!  ;D

Hi Debbie and welcome!  Weather is the UK is  a difficult subject especially near the coast as it is highly variable.  My sister in law is a Navy Wife too and they have gone back and forth from Portsmouth to Plymouth a few times already!

I hope to see you on the boards!
