Credit Card Transfers
« on: March 05, 2007, 12:32:25 PM »
My husband and I are looking to really cut our debt down in the next 5 years so we can buy a house, or move back to the US.  We want to transfer our UK credit card balance so that we can really cut that debt back and possibly pay it off while on a 0% interest rate, I know that after a the grace period is up for the 0% interest  the credit cards can gouge you royally, we are obviously trying to avoid this, so can anyone recommend  a company to transfer to?  Oh just wanted to add, we do no use the card anymore we have stopped making purchases on it for 7 months and plan to cancel the card after it is paid off.

If you harbour bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.

this one looks interesting, gonna talk to hubby about it later, i like the 1point per £1, and 2000 points if you use your card within the first 90 days., and no annual fee, ave interest rate, its visa and everywhere takes visa.
