I hate being a student :(

(warning: whinging ahead)

Bleh.  I am just so sick of the endless parade of assignments, it's not even funny.  I'm in class two full days a week and juggling two internships the rest of the time so coursework is taking over my evenings and weekends and I'm so over it!  I just want to have a regular, 9-5 job where I can come home and not have anything work-related to do until I go back the next morning.

You know, I've been a student for almost 20 years straight- you'd think I'd be used to this by now.  But I just want to be *done*!!  Sigh....

(okay, whinge over) 

Can I add a 'me too most days' here?

Andrea, I remember those days (without the internships though) but near the end of my course work I was working full time and in university until 10:45 pm...four nights a week.  So I completely understand being "so over it!".

How much longer do you have before you finish up? I ask because if you can see the light at the end of the tunnel....you are almost there!

I feel your pain, but I do love my forensics class at least.  Yesterday I was so tired from all the hours of studying and tests that I just wanted to cry because I knew I had lots more to do.  It never seems to end....

I actually finish classes and coursework in about a month- hooray!  So happy about that.  But I won't be finished because then I'll have my dissertation to do, which is supposed to be 18,000 words long.   But that will be finished by September, so after that I'll be *free*!  I can't wait

I won't officially get my MA until January, though.
