I was told I should wander here first and introduce myself by Melissa - I am hoping to move to Ireland sometime in 2005 - currently I live in Texas and will only miss Tex-Mex when I go. Thought I would come check out this forum for myself since it is spoken of highly.

Hi Eden and thanks indeed for stopping by!  I for one always like when people come by!

Ireland sounds absolutely lovely!

We are going to be much further south.  I look forward to reading more from you in the future!

Hi Eden!  It's always  nice to have another member on our forum.  I LOVE your name, is it your real name or just a nickname?  My fiance and I keep saying that Eden would be a really unique and pretty name for a little girl if we ever had one.

Hope to get to know you better. ;D

It's been a while - in fact, I have been to see Simon and am back again in the states. Simon and I are not married yet - but we have intentions in that direction. The whens and wheres are not perfectly clear, but it will happen soon.

We spent St. Patrick's Day week in the Wicklow Mountains area - its gorgeous if you ever get to go . . .

I did a serious inventory of the grocery store . . . I think the thing I missed most is the american pickles. And is it me or does there seem to be far more variety here than there is over there?
