Do I qualify?

hi all,

I have been in the UK since february of 2006, I figured it out to be 320 days 2006. Do I qualify for earned income exclusion?

The time period can be measured from Feb 06 - Feb 07.  If during that time period you were outside the US for more than 330 days, you can file under the Physical Presence test. 

If you fail that test, you can still file (albeit very late in Jan 08 with a special extension) using the Bona Fide Residence test if you are resident in the UK and pay tax in the UK for the entirety of calendar year 2007 (even if you return for visits for more than 35 days).
