Callebaut chocolate

Has anyone seen the bittersweet for sale here? I used to buy it in the U.S. but for some reason I haven't come across it here. The recipe I want to try is from a River Cafe cookbook, and they specify Callebaut, so it must be available somewhere. Any ideas?

I read yesterday that Bettys (of Harrogate/York/Ilkley & Northallerton) uses Callebaut in most (or all) of their goodies.

Yum! I think we should have a Bath get-together to make sure this dessert turns out okay! 

We certainly will, if I ever get around to baking it!
