Did anyone see this programme on bbc2 last night, James Martin ( a yorkskire lad ;D) was making  puddings and cakes, and they looked so easy to make and so delicious especially the sticky toffee pudding  [smiley=chef.gif]  ;)
its a far better thing i do than i have ever done

I think he's a pastry chef by trade and he's only recently branching out. I like him and his puds do always look amazing. He hosts Saturday Kitchen on BBC1 if you want more....

He's not my favorite anymore. I liked him when he was thinner with longer hair!!! And I loathe sticky toffee pudding. Blech!

And I did see that sorry excuse for mexican food. Oy!
