I just read somewhere that if you file your taxes as married filing single that you are ineligible to contribute to a Roth IRA. Does anyone know if this is true?

But the exciting part is that the UK may give relief for the traditional IRA contributions; check with a tax adviser if you are unclear how as there are a few hurdles to jump to get UK relief.
