We are hooked too.

We watch every week.  I am pretty impressed with how well he adapts to each tribe he visits.  The one in the Brazilian rainforest was really good I thought.  I don't know if I could have gone along with the poison frog trip!  It didn't look pleasant at all!

That last island looked a lot like where I grew up.  It made me a little bit homesick.

Yes, that frog poison looked like pretty wicked stuff - he really took the cure there! [smiley=puke.gif]

Last year's series he did another Amazon tribe - the Yanomami who have that tree bark gum (or some such) blown up their nose through a pipe before communicating with the spirit world. ;)

But I really wanted to be on that South Pacific island this week!!!

I loved this week's in the South Pacific... they all seem so happy!

But my favourite was that little boy in the Tundra - 3 going on 30. He was adorable!

I am hooked. This week was ace!

I felt sorrow that sooner or later things will change on that island. Because of money. The only thing that didn't get divied up amongst the 24 families.

How about that good bye? That was actually quite touching.

Do I need a visa?

Hmmmm - not too sure about this past week's episode...  How hard can it be to stick your hand in an abandoned beehive? :P  Bruce seemed to be really enjoying himself drinking the villagers' mead.  But boy those Akie looked hungry! :-\\\\

The coming week's episode looks good! :)

I've never seen it before (except for ten minutes from last week's show), so I'll be definitely watching it this week!

Yes!  He's going to be with a Buddhist tribe in Bhutan.

Polyandry on the show last night - it's the way forward! ;D

Also, Bruce is going to come back in his next life as a monkey, and then next as a chicken.

Ha! I loved it when Bruce tackled the Yack, poor thing was already going down and he went for it like a line-backer!

I think Bruce is the best. It's hard to imagine anyone else doing it without offending all of the tribesfolks.

Sadly, cos I'm auld, I was sleeping by that point.  Anymore, it's just sooo hard to keep my eyes open past 9 pm.  Until I have to wake up & go to bed. :P

Polyandry - interesting

Going by the comments that some members make regarding their DH, I can't imagine too many women really wanting more than 1 hubby. 6 kids plus 2 or 3 big kids. Good luck

Assuming two husbands, she could double the laundry, double the cooking and cleaning, double the aggro, double the big boy's toys, double the fun, double the sex (could get a whole 6 minutes rather than the measley 3 minutes)

Still tired of coteries and bans. But hanging about anyway.
