Desperate Housewives season 4

I've been trying to google this answer but can't find it anywhere!
does anyone know when season 4 is going to start? and is it still going to be on E4?

I am hanging out for the new series too! I think the last series started in January sometime so guessing it will be the same this time. I know it starts in the US this weekend though.

Just had a look at the Desperate Housewives forum on the channel 4 website - users are talking about a January 9th start date for season 4. One person did mention that they'd heard it would be aired about a month after the US (i.e. November), but I haven't found anything else supporting this yet.

I was so excited all day Sunday for the season premiere and found out at 9:00 that it was this coming Sunday! I can't wait for it to come on though.

I read in the Sky mag today that it is back on channel 4 in January.

I hate to burst your bubble, but the Sky magazine isn't up to date. I'm not sure when DH will be starting back up, but it's not 2 January.

LOL! I don't think they're exactly lying. It's just that they go to press way before start dates for programmes have been finalised. So they're often wrong. I'm sure at some point DH was scheduled to start on the 2nd, but that must have got changed.

I have to agree with you it is ohhh sooo good. I watched the first 4 episodes online in Nov last year. when my Sky+ box died on me on a Saturday night an my new Sky+ box couldn't be delivered till Wednesday the following week.

According to the Channel 4 web forums, the current proposed date for season 4 in the UK is in March sometime  .
