Jeremy Kyle
« on: November 04, 2007, 10:41:44 PM »
Has anyone heard about this yet? I've read about it on several differant sites, but this link has more detail about him. Apparently, he has a very shady past. Gambling addictions, stealing money, lying by saying he was dieing and etc. Its a very intresting article.  Its funny to think how he speaks to people on his show, when hes no better then any of them

It is too bad though. I like him better than  Trisha.. the advice he gives is good though, even if he can't follow it himself..

Dr. Phil  (who isn't even a head doctor)  was  also an  A**  to his first wife...
I still like him though..  ;D ;D

Well I always thought he had a dodgy look to him  [smiley=smoking.gif]  But not as bad as that other guy, Wright who does the 'Wright Stuff' morning program. Now he has a dodgy look!  ;D

I love watching the Jeremy Kyle show!!!  I used to listen to his late night radio show also.   :-[

My opinion, so what if he's got a shady past?  Isn't someone who's lived through problems like this and come out the other side a better person to give advice than someone who hasn't?  The show is for pure entertainment value...I believe they have professional counsellors working behind the scenes so he can't be doing too much harm?

Yeah I agree. I've only seen his show a few times but I could care less about his past. I have a pretty shady past myself  ;D

Sounds like he is in the right job then. Trash passing judgement on trash! Honestly, I can't stand these kind of moralistic talk show hosts. Sally Jessy Raphael is another one who particularly grates on me.

I used to watch Kyle most mornings, but he's just such a (for lack of better word) d**khead to his guests, even when it's not at all called for.

It totally makes sense that he would be like that with his wife.

Anyone think of the show The Life and Times of Vivian Vyle with Jennifer Saunders? That's what I think of when I see these shows.

Saunders has said that she loosely based Vyle on Kyle, thus the similarity in the names.

He is a sanctimonious git. I saw an article a while back where he and his behind the scenes people bait and stir things to make an exciting show. Just a copy of Jerry, imo.

We all have a past, shady or not. But at least Trish doesn't try to hide it.

And Sally and her b*tch that berates and shouts at the 'guests', ooo don't even get me started.

But where do they get these people? Have these people no shame, no modesty?

Still tired of coteries and bans. But hanging about anyway.
