A car.  I bought a Hyundai Elantra in China Red Pearl.  My 2001 Saturn SL had a failing a/c compressor and was (I think) in the early stages of water-pump failure.  The car's age, and cost of repairs, was enough to make me bite the bullet and trade it in.

I didn't actually buy it myself but gave MIL the money to get it for me 2 of Dh's birthday presents I wanted them to be a surprise for him.  ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

4 Different pints of Ben & Jerry's ice cream & frozen yogurt ASDA has it on sale right now 2 for £3 quid, ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]  some hair product & face wash for Dh, shampoo & conditioner for me, a head of lettuce & a Heat magazine my bible lol.
