A terrific Pyrex pie plate since, they are apparently hard to find in the UK. Ingredients to make sweet potato suffle and my strawberry cream cheese pie, since my daughter conned me into making that for Thanksgiving too. ;) I guess I'll do it up right since this is our last one in the States. WooHoo!

Pyrex isn't that hard to find here..I found mine in a local hardware store that sells kitchen supplies. Also found them in a gourmet kitchen supply store as well.

A Thomas storage box, Thomas comic, Xmas cards and ribbons, croissants, a "Dates to Remember" book (for my Grandma) and some other stuff I forgot about already!

It wasn't really the Pyrex part that people have said is difficult to find. I just love all things Pyrex. LOL But in other threads people have complained that it's difficult to find a deep enough pie pan. Anyway, I used it today to make a quiche & it was lovely. haha
