Got to be fudge...I have a Nigella recipe if you'd like it (I think it's for pistachio fudge).

I just put it over bread.

I've been known to drink it straight from the can....

OOO that reminds me of a funny story.  Back when I was a youngin in Cambodia my mom put the laundry detergent in the condensed milk can and you guessed it!  I tried to drink it, well it was NOT pleasant!!!

Just take an unopened can, put it in a big pot of with enough water to cover the can and cook for about 3-4 hours making sure the pot doesnt run dry.  Let the can cool, open and eat with ice cream, as a filling for sweets or cake or just straight out of the can like Cubans do (and my favorite method of consumption :D )

June

PS.   You can also do it a pressure cooker and it only take about 20 minutes.

7 layer bars!

Yes, my vote is for Magic Cookie Bars please!  Either that, or JuneHawk's dulce de leche. :)

Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream....
1 cup light cream (can substitute 1/2 and 1/2 or whole milk - but not heavy cream)
one 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 cup Irish whiskey (that's easy to find around there)
1 tsp instant coffee
2 tblsp Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
combine in a blender for 30 seconds and bottle tightly in a sealed container and refrigerate - will keep for at least 2 months (if you don't drink it faster than that).  Be sure to shake the bottle before serving....

no more wasted extra cans of condensed milk.....yum
