Tesco online tracker
« on: January 06, 2008, 01:12:41 PM »
Found this on a money saving sight i am on, thought it might be useful to someone on here.

http://www.tesco.com/health/food/Tracker/what_is_tracker.page?
"Nothing to Pay, well your not charged for it at the moment any way, its free to everyone, however the reasons i say i hot deal is becasue it is. For any one who has started the new year, with a new diet,, will know that to do it your self , with no organstation, and just guessing, if your doing good is hard. and they will also know, to join Weight watchers , online or off line, or tesco diets, ro any other organization is costly.
I came accros this tonight, tesco new tracker, and as a perivousy ww meetings and esoruce member, costing 5.99 a week for meetings, and 12.99 a month for e source, this is heathytracker from tesco is exactly the same, if not better than e source.

It provides a tracker to track down all you have eating each day and tells you how much your are allowed for your height weight etc...."

thank you so much for this. I was just looking for something for myself and my husband. I've used online ww tools in the states but i'm hoping this will suit my needs without the high costs. Aargh, my BMI is just in the obese level. I've felt my willpower rising this weekend (amazing what a haircut or other boost in body image will do for that) and this might just the the kick in the very large ass that I need :)

This is fantastic, thanks for posting,  Just figured my calories for the day, not having a good day, that Waitrose Cheesecake was pretty bad!  I needed a kick start to my dieting, and this might just be it!!
