Are you sure it's not an Italian name? Because there aren't too many pasta brand names that aren't Italian.  :)

And HERE'S the recipe I was looking for!!! I swap the amounts of ricotta and mozzerella and I'll use a mixture of meat, rather than just ground beef.

Thanks again for your help!!!  ;D

Silly sausage! I was looking hard for non-Italian names!!! :P :D
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Funny -- I just poured a box in to boil for my kids' dinner and just read that very recipe on the back of the box.

I miss 'American' lasagna noodles...UK noodles taste fine, but they're not long enough.  And I miss the curly edges--it keeps them from sliding all over the place.

<end of pasta rant>  ;D

Hurrah, I win!!

I've never actually heard of that brand, but I have a friend who used to work at Giant in Pennsylvania between terms, so I checked the Giant website....

....yes, I'm a research librarian.  What gave it away?  ;D
