I have a (hopefully) brief question. My father passed away in September 2006. His cousin, who has been handling all of my father's affairs, has just sent me The K-1 from my dad's estate. I plan on calling him later (damn time difference), but I'm unsure on whether I'm actually supposed to do anything with it or if it's just for my records. To be really honest, I'm not even sure what a K-1 is.
