Saturday 12 April and Sunday 13 April

For one weekend only, the doors, drawbridges, hatches, portcullises and gates on over 70 attractions will open to the public for free, as Historic Scotland encourages visitors to discover more about the nation’s fascinating past.

Enjoy!

Awww, can you please tell them to wait until after I arrive on 24 April? I want to see everything before I start work!!!

What a great opportunity for tourists and locals alike.

I made it!!

Wow, thanks! I think we can probably make a quick weekend getaway to Scotland. Maybe hubby and I will be talking to each other by then! :)

Yes, it's true!

My singing group was invited to sing at the Dunfermline Palace (we sing there a few times a year just for the fun of it). We're still trying to decide who wants to and which date, the Sat or Sun. Anybody local who would want to come? I can post more info when we know more.

:-)
