Puerto Rico!!!

My best friend and I try to take a vacation every summer together at some point. This year I am poor, but I have a free flight voucher from Delta and it equals exactly what a round trip to Puerto Rico costs!!! Now we are trying to figure out where to go/where to stay (cheap). I'm going to be on a serious budget, but I've traveled like that before and still had a blast! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
