It's only 3 weeks. . .

DH flew back to England today. . . It's only 3 weeks until Nicholas and I fly over to join him, but for some reason it's hitting me a lot harder than time apart has in the past (When it's been much longer). . .

Yesterday marked our 2 year wedding anniversary. . . today I took him to PDX and then spent the day feeling numb. . .

The thing that's the hardest, is that Nicholas is almost 23 months and gets that Mommy is sad because she misses Daddy. . . and I feel like I need to be strong and be happy me for him. . . and I don't know how to be. . .

I think I just have to step up and keep busy with our preparations. . . deciding what to keep in storage and what to get rid of. . . and then maybe I'll make it through. . .

Is this the final time LD before you are moving? If so, that was the hardest separation my boyfriend and I had as well. We were so close to being together forever,  but it wasn't quite there yet. ((((((hugs))))))

Same here - DH left for the UK on September 9 and I flew out on September 16 and I swear to you that that last week seemed like it was a year long!!

Hang in there - keep busy with packing and tying up loose ends and it'll be time to leave before you know it!
