How long does it take you to recover upon return from a holiday?

I don't recover until I take another holiday.

We had our first holiday in years and I was wondering if what we are going thru upon return is normal.

That's funny hatsumomo!

Me, well I enter a slight depression when returning to the real world lol, I'd say 3 days, depending on where and time  distance.

Feel better! x

2 weeks, in the sun. I think it must be easier if you are working. Being home with the kids we are all still groggy and out of sorts. Not depressed but without equilibrium. Wondered if it was a normal thing.

I'm ususually shattered after any holiday, usually because of the different sleep patterns, different foods, different activites, etc.  Usually takes me a week or so to get back into it.

I am having holiday fatigue right now!  Seems we have been coming & going to somewhere (not all of it fun stuff) all year!  After this weekend away, I am ready to get stuck in & stay home...at least for another week or two. ;) :P
