I've started to make really small soft tacos, and I can't stop thinking about them because we're having them for dinner tonight.
It's a small homemade flour tortilla, a white bean frijole-mole (

like white beans lightly fried with olive oil, jalapenos, cumin, garlic, coriander, lime and then made into a guac style paste),grilled onions for texture, guac, salsa, slow cooker pulled pork (or chicken or whatever), squeeze fresh lime and topped with smoked cheddar.

They're so good, I should open a taco stand!
