What food are you craving right now?

Fortunately I managed not to do this yesterday.  I'm really proud of myself for sticking with my diet and not giving in to the urge to comfort eat!

I took my son down to the Runway Viewing park at Manchester Airport to see Concorde and watch the take offs and landings (A must see if you are even remotely interested in aviation or have kids that are) and ordered a bacon cheeseburger, forgetting I was in the UK I was a bit surprised to find a slice of ham on my burger rather than "American Style Bacon"

I want rambutan and snake skin fruit so badly that I'm about to jump on a plane to South East Asia!

Instead I'm having to placate myself with a banana and lychee smoothie. 

pizza with corn/black olives and mozzarella with fiesta ranch and yes I went out and got it and we are having it for dinner!

You can sometimes get Rambutan in Tescos fresh. Or Asian supermarkets. We used to have them in our packed lunches growing up, other kids would tease me
I've never seen salak here though.

Today I seem to be craving an Oscar Mayer bologna sandwich with Miracle Whip and tomato. Seems a strange thing to be craving since I rarely ate bologna sandwiches in my adulthood back home.

Well that would be a good feat to attempt!

I have been craving Twinkies the past couple days. I HATE Twinkies, but about once a year I have a huge craving for them. I have never understood the reasoning behind craving something you don't care for. I'm definitely a fan of snack cakes, but I just don't care for Twinkies in particular.

I have the exact same thing with fish finger sandwiches. I don't even like fish fingers but will occasionally get a huge craving for them with plastic cheese and too much butter on white bread. WHY? All of those things are gross!

Seeing the sun out today makes me crave an awesome summer-time BBQ with loads of food and friends!
