It seems to me that the guy who wrote the game (an American living in Australia) has some kind of political axe to grind (Americans are portrayed as a bunch of knuckle dragging, war mongering fiends). Putting it in US domestic terms, to me, it's not so much like the KKK or another extreme right wing group making a lynch mob game, more like if a juvenile game writer tried to mock those groups by making up a game e.g. "Wetback Massacre" or "Alabama Church Burn". Still, irony can often get lost in translation...
