New account help please

Hi this is indy1794 I have had to set up a new account as I became logged out and could not remember my password, I have done the email and the secret questions it comes up with an error or user not recognised can anyone tell me or the moderators how to get this sorted as I would like to keep the old account it is not regestering with my email account either we waited 3 days and still have not received an email, I also tried to use the contact and that appears not to be working either 

Please can someone sort it out for me.
