What Documents Are Required For Fiancee Visa To UK?

Hello to everyone, all have been so helpful on this board. 

Now that I understand the procedures for obtaining a fiancee Visa to the UK.  Does anyone know what documents are required of my fiancee that lives in Nottingham.  I believe I understand what I need as for me here in the US, but confused as to what he needs to send me, so I can start the process later on.

Well, don't gather the documents now, because they'll outdate (bank statements and the like). I like the checklist on garry's site because it's nice and concise and he keeps it up to date.

Also, do a search on this board and you'll find many threads in relation to what you're looking for.
