Visiting Girlfriend

I've been denied entry two times to the U.K., once due to not having funds with me, and they thought I was coming to work, the second time due to the fact that I got the money to come back, and had some funds, but they wondered how I got it so quickly and still assumed I was coming to work. I was wondering with the two previous denials what I should do to visit my G/F for the christmas holidays, her father is willing to sponsor me in all ways because im currently done with school/still looking for work. Just wondering what I can do thanks a lot.

You'll want to read the info here very carefully to make sure you have everything you need before applying...

Also, without having a job you have to be able to prove your ties to the states and that you intend to return. That is why they probably thought you were likely to try to get a job in the UK.

If you had a letter from an employer, that would show that you plan to return. Also, plan on being able to supply a return ticket, or printout of your flight itinerary to prove you are going back to the US after your visit.
